Iqm Quantum Computers
Team Leader - IT End-user Services
At IQM, we build world-leading quantum computers for the well-being of humankind. We design systems to tackle computational challenges beyond the practical limits of classical machines. Our work sits at the edge of science and engineering. It's complex, demanding, and deeply collaborative. We turn deep research into reliable, full-stack systems that drive discoveries in fields like medicine, energy, and technology, reshaping how the world computes.
Join the team that gives quantum a heartbeat.
The work
IQM is growing, and so is the need for a smooth, reliable end user experience. You will help make everyday work at IQM simpler and fluent, across devices, tools, and ways of working.
You will lead end user services as a domain owner. That means keeping daily support running well, driving improvements that stick, and building a scalable delivery model with internal and external partners.
What you’ll actually do
Lead end user services as a domain, ensuring reliable daily operations and a consistently good user experience
Oversee support delivery, manage escalations, and keep service levels on track
Own SLAs, KPIs, and reporting, and use data to drive improvements
Build scalable service delivery with internal teams and external partners
Ensure smooth device provisioning, software deployment, and asset control
Develop vendor relationships and improve delivery through structured collaboration
Drive automation, self-service, and clear end user guidance
Support collaboration tools and improve how people work day-to-day
Contribute to planning and budget follow-up within your area
What we’re looking for
Experience running end user services or workplace IT in an environment where reliability and scale matter
Experience leading others, either as a team lead, service lead, or domain owner
Confidence owning services end to end, including SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement
High-level understanding of endpoint management across device and software lifecycles
Experience working with vendors and external partners, with a focus on delivery and accountability
A strong service mindset and comfort working directly with end users in a practical, respectful way
Ability to prioritise, coordinate, and keep ownership so topics move forward and get closed
Why IQM?
Full-stack quantum computing: From quantum hardware to software layers and beyond, we build across the full-stack.
High-performance playground: We aim high, and we know sustainable performance only works when life outside work does too—hybrid setups, flexible hours.
Never the smartest: Expect to learn constantly. You won't always be the smartest person in the room, and that's the point.
Approachable leadership: Flat hierarchy, direct access. Feel free to approach any leaders. They're friendlier than they look!
The sweet spot: Big enough to matter. Small enough to move fast. Growing between a startup and a corporation. We’re in the phase where top performers get noticed.
Bigger than IQM: Our people build know-how for the entire quantum ecosystem. We publish papers, run hackathons, and help shape a market that's still being defined.
The future of computing won’t build itself. You might be one of the few who do.
