We’re looking for a Pricing Manager to join our Product Growth group. This role's mission is to build and manage a pricing and packaging framework that aligns with the value we deliver to customers, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and market leadership. This role is critical in shaping how our product is perceived, packaged, and monetized.

As a key member of the Growth group, you will be at the intersection of product, finance, sales, and marketing. You will ensure our pricing is a core part of our product strategy, helping customers of all sizes to find the right plan and grow with us seamlessly.

In this role, you will…

  • Own operational pricing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our price lists, discounting framework and quoting processes.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pricing reporting framework, providing leadership with clear insights into performance, trends and opportunities.
  • Lead strategic pricing projects from conception to implementation, including new package launches, price point adjustments, and business model evolution.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to ensure Supermetrics remains competitive and captures its fair share of the market value.
  • Partner with leadership to shape our long-term pricing strategy, aligning it with our product vision and business goals.
  • Collaborate across teams, including product, engineering, marketing, sales and finance to align on pricing initiatives and ensure smooth execution.
  • Define and run experiments to test hypotheses around willingness to pay, package value and customer segmentation.

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

  • Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, revenue operations and finance to create pricing tools, documentation and enablement materials.
  • Developing and owning dashboards that track key pricing KPIs like ARPU, LTV, churn by plan and discount effectiveness.
  • Planning and executing pricing projects & processes to e.g. improve discounting performance, pricing cohort maintenance & key account deals support.
  • Managing the end-to-end process for pricing changes, from initial analysis to implementation and post-launch monitoring.
  • Designing and analyzing pricing experiments to test hypotheses around value perception, conversion and expansion.
  • Contributing to the long-term vision for the Supermetrics customer journey and our value-aligned pricing model.

This position is for you if you have…

  • Demonstrated experience in a pricing, monetization, or commercial strategy role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proficient analytical and quantitative skills. You're comfortable building models in Excel/Google Sheets and can discuss complex data with our analytics team.
  • Effective communication skills, able to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and demonstrate the commercial impact of your work.
  • Experience leading large cross-functional projects from analysis through to execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with stakeholders in product, sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where you translate data insights into actionable pricing strategies.
