💼 The Role: Inside Sales Executive
As an Inside Sales Executive at Purple Dot, you’ll play a key role in engaging and converting high-value inbound leads from some of the world’s most exciting ecommerce brands.
You’ll guide brands through the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed deal — ensuring every interaction feels consultative, clear, and high-impact. Working closely with the BDR team and Head of Sales, you’ll turn inbound interest into meaningful partnerships that drive the pre-commerce movement forward.
✅ What You’ll Do
Own and convert inbound leads, moving qualified opportunities through the full sales cycle
Partner closely with Head of Sales and BDR teams to prioritise and act on high-intent opportunities
Conduct thoughtful discovery conversations to understand brand goals, timelines, and tech setups
Guide prospects through demos, proposals, and solution design, highlighting ROI and operational impact
Drive velocity and accuracy: maintain high standards on qualification, follow-up, and forecast hygiene
Collaborate with Product, Brand Activation and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth handover and customer experience
Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and ecommerce innovation to position Purple Dot as the leader in pre-commerce
🧠 What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of experience in closing sales within a similar SaaS or ecommerce technology role
Proven track record managing complex sales cycles and closing $50K–$500K ARR deals
Strong understanding of the ecommerce or retail tech landscape
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — both written and verbal
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to dig deeper
Collaborative spirit with a proactive, self-starting attitude
Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
A genuine curiosity about Purple Dot's mission and a desire to drive positive change in the industry
