At Leadoo Marketing Technologies our Customer Success team is all about building meaningful relationships, helping our clients succeed, and having fun while doing it. We’re not hiring right now, but we’re always on the lookout for talented people who’d like to grow with us in the future. That’s why we’re opening a Talent Pool for upcoming roles in our Customer Success team across Finland, Sweden, and the UK.

Potential roles include:

• Account Manager
• Technical Account Manager
• Onboarding Manager

Across these roles, we’re looking for people who:

• Are commercially minded and eager to develop skills in growing and expanding client accounts.
• Have strong communication skills and can build lasting client relationships
• Are proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects or accounts
• Bring a mix of customer focus and technical or business understanding
• Can analyze needs, identify opportunities, and translate insights into action.
• Thrive in cross-functional collaboration, working with both clients and internal teams
• Are excited to grow, learn, and take initiative in driving customer success.

Locations & Language Requirements

• Finland: Based in our Helsinki office or remote in Finland — fluent Finnish required.
• Sweden: Based in our Stockholm office or remote — fluent Swedish required.
• UK market: Remote position — must be based in the UK and fluent in English.
