Like how Stripe enables developers to add payments to their platform and Unity enables you to build world-class games, Embeddable is the end-to-end developer platform for building seamless, lightning-fast customer-facing analytics directly into your product.

As a developer, adding a couple of charts to your online platform is easy. Scaling analytics to tens of thousands of end-users, who all have differing data needs and data questions, is a hard problem. Embeddable gives you the infrastructure and tools to rapidly build out your interactive in-product analytics in days, not months, and empowers your team to iterate on your analytics at the pace your customers need.

👋 Who are you?

At Embeddable, we're looking for a curious, customer-obsessed Customer Success Engineer (Frontend / React) to join our growing CS team. You'll work directly with users, helping them get the most out of our product, embedding analytics in all sorts of frontend environments, and building lightweight internal tools that make adoption seamless.

This is a hybrid role — part customer-facing, part engineering. You'll be deeply technical (comfortable with JS, React, HTML, CSS, devtools), but what sets you apart is that you treat customer problems as your own.

You'll use AI not to replace thoughtful problem-solving, but to do more of it, faster and at greater scale.

🔮 The magic you'll perform

🧩 Unblock customers and partners

Dig into the detail of customer issues, debug frontend integration problems, and help embed analytics where others can't. You'll use AI-assisted tooling to accelerate your diagnostics — but it's your consultative instinct and curiosity that gets to the real root of the problem.

🛠 Build small tools, scripts & snippets

Whether it's a script to validate an embed or an AI-generated utility to speed up a repetitive workflow — you'll improve the experience for everyone. You'll know when to build it yourself and when to let an LLM do the heavy lifting.

✍️ Write developer-first docs

Translate learnings from support into scalable documentation, guides, and internal playbooks.

👯 Partner with Product & Engineering

Your insights will feed directly into product decisions. You'll flag bugs, share feedback, and help shape impactful features — increasingly informed by patterns you spot across customer interactions.

🤖 Explore smarter ways of working

You'll actively look for opportunities to automate, streamline, or improve how the team operates. That might mean experimenting with AI agents, prompt workflows, or new tooling — always in service of better customer outcomes, never for its own sake.

🥷🏻 What you already have

Hard skills:

  • Strong background in React / TypeScript

  • Strong background in HTML and CSS

  • Hands-on experience using LLMs or AI tools for code generation, debugging, or documentation and genuine curiosity about where this space is heading

  • Advantageous: experience in Chart.js, D3, or another charting library

  • Advantageous: experience in SQL

Personality traits / soft skills:

  • A customer-centric mindset — this is vital. You lead with empathy and curiosity, not just technical solutions

  • Naturally proactive and responsive

  • A strong communicator, always looking to learn and improve

  • An "architect mindset" — you don't just fix the problem in front of you, you think about how to prevent it next time
