*Please note this role is available to candidates based in Spain, UK, Poland and Portugal*

A career at Booksy means you’re part of a global team focused on helping people around the world feel great about themselves, every day. From empowering entrepreneurs to build successful businesses, to supporting their customers to arrange 'me time' moments, we’re in the business of helping people thrive and feel fantastic.

Working in an ever-changing, scale-up where things are messy, and resources are limited isn't for everyone. If you thrive in a stable environment with big budgets, clear processes and structures then, if being honest, we’re probably not for you. However, if you love bringing order to chaos, inventively solving problems, and prioritizing your own path within ambiguity, then you're likely to love it here.

We are seeking a curiosity-driven and experimentation-focused Senior Product Manager for our Conversion Team. This is a high-impact role on the B2B side of our marketplace, focusing on the top-of-funnel experience. You will be instrumental in guiding our providers towards a successful onboarding experience and optimizing how they interact with the platform.

As part of the Conversion Team, you will work in a true Product Trio setup (Product, Design, Engineering), moving away from a "feature factory" mindset to one of continuous discovery and validation. Your immediate mission will be to solve critical friction points in how Booksy communicates with our providers and their activation journey.

What you’ll do

  • Lead Product Strategy for Conversion: Define and execute the strategy for provider onboarding, activation, and the Notification Center. You will focus on how we communicate with providers and guide them to success.
  • Master the "Why": Move beyond requirements gathering. You will map assumptions and use Opportunity Solution Trees to prioritize problems based on data and user value.
  • Drive Experimentation & Validation: champion a hypothesis-driven approach. You will slice large initiatives into small, testable chunks (A/B tests, prototypes, user interviews) to de-risk development and ensure we are building the right things.
  • Revamp Communication Architecture: Lead the overhaul of our Notification Center. You will solve complex problems regarding user consent, message categorization, and information hierarchy to ensure providers never miss a booking or critical business insight.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proactively build reports and monitor KPIs. You are expected to have high data literacy, capable of analyzing metric health without constant reliance on data analysts.
  • Empower the Product Trio: Collaborate deeply with a Senior Engineering Manager and Product Designers. You will leverage design not just for execution, but for discovery and problem-solving.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the central point for communication strategy, aligning conflicting needs from Customer Success, Marketing, and other Product teams into a cohesive user experience.
    • Experience in the Product area with additional experience as a Senior Product Manager position, preferably in the payments domain
    • Proficient in agile product development methodologies and tools
    • Ability to identify core issues, describe them as problem statements and effectively break them down into actionable steps, guiding the team towards efficient solutions.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive data-informed decision making.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (up to C-level).
    • A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
    • Demonstrate a proactive approach to taking charge of product domain and the ability to work autonomously
    • Full professional proficiency in English. Our team operates globally, so you must be able to fluently lead planning sessions, discuss technical requirements, and collaborate on strategy in English on a daily basis.
  • This is a fully remote position, we take pride in being a globally distributed team.
  • Private medical care - terms depends on location.
  • Access to wellbeing tool - Worksmile.
  • Our other benefits will vary due to your location, please ask your talent partner for more detail.
