A career at Booksy means you’re part of a global team focused on helping people around the world feel great about themselves, every day. From empowering entrepreneurs to build successful businesses, to supporting their customers arrange 'me time' moments, we’re in the business of helping people thrive and feel fantastic.
Working in an ever-changing, scale-up where things are messy, and resources are limited isn't for everyone. If you thrive in a stable environment with big budgets, clear processes and structures then, if being honest, we’re probably not for you. However, if you love bringing order to chaos, inventively solving problems, and prioritizing your own path within ambiguity, then you're likely to love it here.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to anchor our Monetization domain -a strategic engine focused on fueling business growth while delivering exceptional customer value.
In this role, you will architect the strategy for how we price and package our SaaS plans, directly influencing our revenue trajectory. You will own the roadmap for critical growth levers, including ARPU, paid conversion, and new monetization channels. By collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams, you will shape a purchasing experience that is as seamless as it is compelling. Ultimately, you will be accountable for driving measurable impact on pricing clarity, upgrade intent, and paid adoption.
What you’ll do
- Establish a continuous feedback loop: Use interviews and data to uncover what value signals drive customers to upgrade.
- Identify revenue opportunities: Translate customer insights into clear problems to solve for ARPU and conversion growth.
- Design and run experiments: Test pricing clarity, trials, and new monetization paths to separate good ideas from bad ones.
- Eliminate friction: Work with Engineering and Design to smooth out the purchase path and increase willingness to pay.
- Validate before building: Use prototypes and evidence to ensure we are solving the highest-leverage problems.
- Partner on financial modeling: Work with Finance to forecast scenarios and set realistic business targets.
- Lead through ambiguity: Create clarity when data is incomplete and align cross-functional partners on tradeoffs.
- Mentor and influence: Raise the bar for customer discovery within the team and represent the product vision to senior leadership.
- Product management experience, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, or B2B2C platforms.
- Strong track record leading product work in complex problem areas.
- Habitual use of interviews, data, and signals to guide decisions.
- Experience validating solutions through structured discovery.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and large opportunity spaces.
- Ability to influence senior partners and guide teams through tradeoffs.
- Professional working proficiency in English. English is our company language and is used for all business-wide communications, so you need to be able to articulate complex concepts to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.
- Bonus: Experience with SaaS revenue metrics is helpful but not required.
- This is a fully remote position, we take pride in being a globally distributed team.
- Private medical care - terms depends on location.
