As a Training Support Specialist reporting to the Business Trainer Manager, your primary role will be to support the acquisition of product knowledge and identify training needs through meetings and by monitoring various communication channels. You will be responsible for creating internal communications that support product education, developing product cards, and designing training materials focused on both soft skills and product knowledge. This includes creating presentations, graphics, and videos. Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of e-learning strategies and other innovative training methods, as well as provide organizational support for training sessions.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent use of MS Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (“light pen” - ease in writing and creating messages or internal product content)
  • Ability to create graphics using Adobe programs (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Ability to record and edit short video materials
  • Ability to create engaging educational materials (ability to transform training content into e-learning formats)
  • Interest in new technologies/innovative training formats
  • Stress resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Teamwork skills (team player)
  • At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.

It will also help you to have…

  • Practical knowledge of e-learning creation tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise)
  • Experience in managing platforms like ICAN or BaseOn
  • Familiarity with the GURU platform and ability to work in that environment
