We are scaling fast, powered by the structural tailwind of eIDAS 2.0, and we need a marketing leader who has navigated this trajectory before. Our current team is delivering excellent work—brand momentum is strong and the content is top-tier. What we need now is a senior commercial architect to lead the function: someone to build a high-velocity growth engine and convert our market reach into a predictable, qualified pipeline.

What You Own

Demand Generation & Pipeline:

• Build the engine: You own the pipeline number, not just a content calendar.
• ABM: Implement Account-Based Marketing for our ICP.
• Sequencing: Design outbound-assisted inbound sequences.
• Paid Acquisition: Scale performance marketing once the foundation is solid.
  
  

Brand & Category Leadership

• Category Creation: Establish Authologic as the category-defining orchestration layer.
• Domain Authority: Systematize our internal expertise into a world-class thought-leadership engine.
• Reference Point: Make Authologic the default industry authority for eIDAS 2.0 and identity orchestration.
  
  

Product Marketing & Enablement

• Bridge the Gap: Translate our deep-tech orchestration—including OmniID and eIDAS 2.0 readiness—into narratives that align with C-suite business objectives.
• Commercial Toolkit: Own the sales collateral, case study programs, and competitive positioning that turn our 100+ methods into a "must-have" solution for every Head of Compliance and CTO.
  
  

Team & Budget Accountability

• Lead & Scale: Guide and grow our existing marketing functions (Content, Product Marketing, Events).
• Investment Mindset: You don’t ask for a budget; you build a business case for it.
• ROI Focus: Manage the budget with full accountability for LTV/CAC and pipeline velocity, reporting on outcomes quarterly.

• Scale Experience: You’ve led a B2B SaaS or Fintech marketing function through the €5M to €20M+ ARR growth phase.
• Domain Expertise: You speak the language of identity, compliance, or RegTech fluently.
• Strategy & Execution: You come in with a playbook, not a list of questions. You propose what to do and own the outcome.
• Builder Mentality: You are comfortable in a 40-person environment where you build the systems yourself before you delegate them.
